Dear Customers,
We would like to share two important updates from F.A.S.T.: an update to our BiDi Radio Logger repair service and the Go-Live of our redesigned WaterCloud.
Important information for 55 mm BiDi Radio Loggers
Earlier this year, we introduced our transparent fixed-price repair model to make the repair process simpler, faster and more predictable for our customers.
We would now like to add an important clarification:
Unfortunately, 55 mm BiDi Radio Loggers equipped with the old TNC antennas can no longer be repaired, as the required circuit board is no longer available.
For these devices, we can still offer a battery replacement at a fixed price of €119.
If the circuit board is damaged, a repair is unfortunately no longer possible. To get you back in operation quickly, we can offer a new BiDi Radio Logger at a special replacement price in this case.
Please keep this information in mind when sending older 55 mm BiDi Radio Loggers to us for repair.
Our goal remains to provide you with a fast, transparent and cost-effective solution.
If you are unsure whether your logger is affected, please feel free to contact us before sending it in. We will be happy to assist you.
Our new WaterCloud is live
With the go-live of our redesigned WaterCloud, a modernized user interface is now available to you. The new look is brighter and more clearly structured, providing more space for the map and table views.
There are also several functional improvements: the main menu can now be collapsed, while the map view includes features such as geo-localization, clustering, satellite view and improved zoom capabilities. In addition, WaterCloud has been further optimized for use on smartphones and tablets.
Another new feature is the correlation function for BiDi LTE. This allows selected loggers to be correlated directly within WaterCloud.
For you, this means faster access to the most important information and a more convenient user experience – both in the office and on the go.
